For specialty provider practices

Get paid for every provider, every claim.

Who tracks the claims your payers paid below contract? Who counts the days a new provider sits unbillable, waiting on enrollment? At most practices: nobody. RemitIQ does both, and only both.

Underpayment recovery

Paid, but paid short.

Payers quietly pay below your contracted rates, and the shortfall hides inside claims marked paid. Our AI audits every remittance against your contracts, and we recover the difference. The recovery fee is 100% contingent.

Credentialing and payer enrollment

Hired, but not billable.

Every week a provider waits on payer enrollment is payroll without revenue. We get providers enrolled, tracked to the day they can bill, and monitored so nothing lapses. Done for you, or AI-powered software your team runs.

Why one company does both

Two problems, one dataset.

Credentialing failures don't look like credentialing failures. They look like denials. Our recovery engine kept finding enrollment problems inside remittance data: claims denied because a provider's effective date never landed, panels that quietly closed, files that stalled after approval (the CO-B7s and CO-170s in your 835s).

The two problems live in the same files, on the same contracts, with the same payers. Recovery finds money you already earned. Credentialing protects the revenue you're about to earn. Both problems land on the same desk. One focus: you get paid.

Data security

Your data is protected before it is ever analyzed.

Healthcare data security has never mattered more, and you are right to ask where your data goes before you share it. We use modern technology to do the finding, and strict controls to protect your data at every step.

Signed BAA first

We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any data changes hands. Nothing moves until it is in place.

De-identified before analysis

Protected health information is removed before your claims are analyzed. We work from the numbers, not your patients' identities.

Safeguarded, access-controlled environment

Your data is handled in a secure, access-controlled environment, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Credentialing files carry provider SSNs, DEA numbers, and license data. They live under the same access controls as claims data.

We will never sell your data, and we will never name you as a client without your written permission.

Who you'll work with

Built by someone from your side of the table.

I'm the founder of RemitIQ. I have spent over a decade in healthcare revenue cycle, with a background across management consulting and healthcare technology.

For years I did this work inside large health systems, where each problem had a whole department behind it: analysts auditing payer payments against contracts, credentialing teams walking every enrollment file to the day it could bill. Then I started asking specialty practices who did this work for them. The honest answer was usually no one. Not for lack of caring. There was nobody to spare to chase a $300 underpayment, and nobody to sit on hold with a payer's credentialing line while a new hire waited to bill. Multiply either across a year, and it is real money. RemitIQ is the company I wished existed back then. When you start with us, you work directly with me.

For billing & RCM partners

An extension of your team, not a competitor to it.

You already run billing for your practices. RemitIQ becomes your underpayment-recovery arm across your entire book, on the same contingency.

We work the lanes you aren't staffed for

We start with paid-but-underpaid claims, the long tail most billing teams can't afford to work. First-pass billing, prior auth, and AR follow-up stay with your team. No re-papering your client relationships.

Credentialing stays wherever it works best: some partners keep it in-house, some hand it to us, and either works.

FAQ

Questions administrators ask first.

What does it cost?

Recovery is purely contingency, you only pay a share of what we actually recover, nothing if we don't. Credentialing is scoped on the call: it depends on provider count and whether your team or ours runs the work. There's no cost to talk and no obligation to move forward.

Are you a billing company?

No. We don't submit your claims and we don't replace your biller. We do two specific jobs most billing teams aren't staffed for: recovering claims paid below contract, and running payer enrollment to the day a provider can bill.

Why do you do both recovery and credentialing?

Credentialing failures often look like denials in your remittance data: effective dates that never landed, panels that quietly closed. We built the recovery engine first and kept finding enrollment problems inside it. Same files, same payers, same desk. One focus: you get paid for every provider, on every claim.

How is my data protected?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any data changes hands. From there, your data stays in a secure, access-controlled environment, and protected health information is de-identified before analysis.

Who's behind RemitIQ?

RemitIQ is founder-led. When you reach out, you work directly with the founder, from the first claim or application to the first result. About the founder
